Want to make your iPhone lock screen more lively and unique? Live Wallpapers are a great way to do that! Here's how you can easily set a live wallpaper on your iPhone
Important Note:
Live wallpapers only work on the Lock Screen and on iPhones with 3D Touch (like iPhone 6s to iPhone X). On newer iPhones (iPhone 11 and above), Apple has replaced Live Wallpapers with Dynamic and Motion wallpapers.
Steps to Set a Live Wallpaper on iPhone:

Go to Settings > Wallpaper.
2. Tap “Add New Wallpaper” or “Choose a New Wallpaper” Select Live from the options (if available on your device).
3. Select a Live Wallpaper
Choose from Apple’s built-in live wallpapers.
4. Tap “Set” You’ll get the option to set it as your Lock Screen, Home Screen, or Both.
Note: Live effect works only on Lock Screen.
5. Press and Hold the Lock Screen
When you wake your phone, press and hold the screen to see the live effect.
Method 2: Using Your Own Live Photo as Wallpaper
1. Open Photos App Choose a Live Photo that you’ve taken or downloaded.
2. Tap Share > Use as Wallpaper Scroll and tap “Use as Wallpaper.”
3. Enable “Live Photo” Make sure the "Live Photo" toggle is ON (bottom center icon).
4. Set the Wallpaper Tap Set > Lock Screen.
Tips:
Live Wallpapers won’t animate on the Home Screen. They only work when you press and hold the Lock Screen. Make sure Low Power Mode is OFF for full functionality.
